Workshop Overview
This 3-day intensive course equips HSE professionals with the knowledge and practical tools to plan, manage, and respond to incidents and emergencies. This course will focus on the importance of building a knowledgeable and skilled crisis management team being key to tackling crisis scenarios effectively. Undertaking comprehensive risk assessments, performing stakeholder analyses and communication strategies, having technology preparedness, managing through real time responses and associated processes are all part of the course.
To make the course more interactive, it will also include exercises on developing team crisis simulations which prepare for both seen and unforeseen crisis scenarios and crisis management. Recognition that developing well prepared teams, equipped with skills to handle crises and perform the emergency management required to mitigate the impact of crises is key.
